By accessing and using Xoori ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Xoori is an AI-powered fashion discovery and fit prediction platform. Our services include:

• Natural language and visual search for fashion items
• AI-powered fit predictions based on your measurements
• SMS size recommendations (opt-in only)
• Product filtering and personalized recommendations
• Links to third-party retailers (some are affiliate links)

3. SMS Service Terms

By opting in to SMS recommendations, you agree to:

• Receive SMS messages from Xoori at +1 (844) 976-4082, limited to: a one-time confirmation when you opt in, size recommendations in direct response to product URLs you send us, one reply asking you to upload a size chart when we cannot read the retailer's own, and one follow-up fit question per recommendation.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies based on your requests.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or email help@xoori.ai.
• This is a transactional service only — no marketing messages will be sent.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of creating an account or making any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Send unsolicited messages through our SMS service

6. Affiliate Links and Purchases

Important: Xoori is a discovery platform. We do not sell products directly.

• All purchases are made directly with third-party retailers
• We are not responsible for product quality, shipping, or returns
• Prices and availability are subject to change by retailers

7. AI-Powered Services

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide fit predictions and search results. AI results are automated and may not always be perfectly accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Xoori (design, text, graphics, logos, code) is our property or our licensors' property. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them for search purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XOORI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
