Account information (email, name) when you sign up
Body measurements you enter for fit predictions
Phone number (if you opt in to SMS recommendations)
Search queries and style preferences
Images you upload for visual search
Photos you upload of a retailer's size chart or a garment's brand tag. We read the measurements printed on them and keep those measurements. The photo itself is kept for up to 30 days so we can check the reading was correct, and is then deleted automatically.

3. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS size recommendations, the following applies:

You will receive only the following message types: (a) a one-time confirmation message when you opt in, (b) personalized size recommendations sent in direct response to product URLs you text us, (c) if we cannot read the retailer's published size chart for an item you sent us, one reply asking you to upload it, with a link, and (d) one follow-up fit question per recommendation so we can improve accuracy. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your requests.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or email help@xoori.ai.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties.
SMS opt-in consent is collected via a standalone, unchecked consent checkbox during account onboarding at xoori.ai, immediately after you create an account. Providing a phone number is optional and consent is not a condition of using Xoori. Program details: xoori.ai/sms-consent.

5. AI and Image Processing

When you use our visual search feature, we process your uploaded images using third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude). These images are:

Processed temporarily to identify fashion items
Not permanently stored by us or our AI providers
Deleted immediately after processing
Never used to train AI models without your explicit consent
